myhelp:flatpak
To change the start options for a flatpak applikcation you have to move the directory:
/home/myuser/.local/share/flatpak/exports/share/applications
And open the right file. There you can change which Folder should be accessable.
Exec=/usr/bin/flatpak run ... --filesystem=/home/myuser/music ...
